Visas and Vaccinations
Visa and immunization requirements vary from country to country and up-to date information should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. It is the responsibility of the visitor to ensure that they have a valid passport and the correct visas and that they have the required vaccinations to gain entry to any country, which they are intending to visit.
It is of utmost importance that you thoroughly check your visa requirements before your intended date of travel, as Amazingwe African Tours and Safaris cannot be held responsible should the necessary visa requirements not be fulfilled. Border officials in some countries are not in a position to issue visas on the spot, hence the need for obtaining visas in advance. Both the cost, currency, accepted method of payment, and type of visa (i.e., single, double or multiple entry) should be checked in advance to avoid any inconveniences and delays when entering countries or crossing borders. This is of particular importance as some countries change their visa requirements with little or no warning
It is recommended that you travel with at least 2 blank passport pages per country visited. Please ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months after your date of travel.
Health and Dietary Requirements
It is highly recommended that travelers check health regulations with their General Practitioner well in advance of departure. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Amazingwe African Tours and Safaris, at the time of booking in writing, of any special dietary requirements. Amazingwe African Tours and Safaris will endeavor to comply with these special requests but however cannot guarantee that they will be met.
Baggage
Please check with your airline regarding baggage restrictions. Internal Economy Domestic Flights generally allow 20 kilograms of luggage in the hold, and 1 bag of hand luggage which is able to be stored under the seat or in the above compartment. The client will be responsible for any additional cost if baggage limits are exceeded.
Not Included in Prices
Prices do not include airport taxes, travel insurance, international flights unless specified, cost of obtaining visas and passports, cost of inoculations, telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements not specified in the itinerary, meals and beverages not specified, sport equipment hire fees, gratuities and any other items of a personal nature that is not specified in the itinerary.
